Kaizen is a Japanese word. The meaning is gradual development or continuous improvement or change. It represents a Japanese business philosophy. We need change. In this ever changing world, perhaps only change is permanent or eternal. And this change should be for the betterment. The people who have accepted this philosophy as philosophy of life tries their best, day and night, to step forward towards success. To make today better than yesterday and tomorrow, better than today. The society, “Kaizen” was born at an auspicious moment, based on this philosophy only. The Philomath of greater Dhakuakhana had assembled to work together to bring developmental change. And as the first step of this movement for social development, a junior college “Kaizen Academy” was dreamt of and brought into reality.
Greater Dhakuakhana in contrary to being very rich in number and talent of students, lacks in number and quality of educational institutions of higher education. The need of an educational institute, which can be at par with any institute outside ,has been felt since long. The need for such an institute, which apart from ensuring quality education for class XI and XII, provides necessary guidance and prepares the students by providing special coaching for competitive examinations. In addition, for holistic development of students, provides exposure to Yoga, meditation and stress management skills to cope with the present environment of cut throat competition and severe mental stress.

Here, classes for Science and Humanities will start from 2020-21 session.
